Brown Clinic has been with Freimark and Associates for over 15 years and they have met our needs for a large group employer.   We have had a number of employee benefits with them from group health insurance to life and disability coverage. Todd and his staff are very knowledgeable in all aspects of employee benefits and are able to find the right fit for our benefit needs.  The customer service that they provide makes a difference in what I need to do on a day to day basis, whether it’s a timely response to an email or making a personal visit to the office to have a discussion about a particular issue. Having all of our resources available in Watertown or finding a technology solution to meet our needs is important to us and we are very pleased with the relationship that we have been able to grow with this agency.
